We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery availability and fees are shown at checkout based on your address.
Delivery time
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers are applied when your order meets the stated conditions.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification, and you can follow its status anytime from My Orders.
Receiving your order
Please make sure the phone number and address are correct. Our courier contacts you before arrival. If delivery fails after several attempts, the order is returned and you will be contacted to reschedule.
