Changed your mind or something went wrong? Everything about returns and refunds, in one place.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Personal care, food and beverage, and downloadable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to start a return
Open the order under My Orders and file a complaint, or go to Complaints. Add photos of the issue when possible.
Refund timeline
Once the return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. COD refunds are sent via wallet or bank transfer.
